Lady is a 6-7 yr old female found wandering in a neighborhood near our vet's office. She is covered in Demodex and yeast overgrowth. She is deaf and was blind due to severe dry eye left untreated. Lady went into foster care with a great volunteer. She received baths every other day, eye drops and salve 3-4 times a day (Sandimmune & Tri-optic). Lady is starting to grow a bit of hair now. Her eyes are better and we think she sees light to dark, but nothing really well. She is a calm and sweet girl that just wants to be loved. She has developed pneumonia and we are treating her with 2 different antibiotics. The pneumonia is fighting back. We are working hard to get her well so that we may spay her. She is a fighter and we will keep fighting for her as long as it takes.
