This precious little guy came from the horrors of a puppy mill and has multiple problems. Both of his legs have Grade 4 luxating patellas and surgery is essential to provide him the quality of life he so deserves. However before we can proceed with surgery, he will be treated for heartworms. Ivan's stay in rescue is indefinite at this point in time. He currently is in Round 1 of his heartworm treatments.
